I have recently purchased the same ( Around Rs. 250) and now using mobile application of TATA Sky I can connect to set top box through Wi Fi. Once you have connected the mini connection go to Settings > Network via your sky box and then press select and then the red button as it should then search for and find your Wifi connection so once you have selected yours just enter the password for it using your remote.
