Rockstar is telling me there is a verification issue. I remember my login and password, hell, I even have it saved with a password manager. I completely restarted my PC and tried to log back in and it worked fine now. The whole point of this is I shouldn't have to use Rockstar Social Club to play my game that I purchased, offline in single player.
